
One can take Law as a Professional career and can obtain a successful career in his / her life. For entering in this field, first of all we must complete a 5 / 3 years LL.B course. The full-form of LL.B is Legum Baccalaureus in Latin, which is simply known as Bachelor of Law. After completing an undergraduate course, we can further complete the LL.M postgraduate course for gaining necessary career skills or let it focus in a specific area. 1. Advocate
To begin a career as an Advocate we must have a LL.B degree obtained from a Government recognized University. Then we must clear All India Bar Examination, before that prior enrolment as an Advocate at the concerned State Bar Council is mandatory. After fulfillment of all the above conditions, we can start practising as an Advocate under a particular Legal Firm or independently under the guidance of a senior Advocate.
