Part of District Judiciary in Safeguarding of Human Rights

Here, from the topic itself we clearly understand or know  how important District Judiciary is. Then, let's first of all understand what is District JudiciaryJudiciary means Judge who works at the district level  called District Judiciary. As, when it comes to the safeguarding of  Human Rights. The Indian Constitution under Part - III lays down many Fundamental Rights. There are also many human rights for different Countries. District Judiciary plays a vital role for safeguarding of human rights. Every human being is born with human rights. Regarding human right protection it is mandated in the Constitution which empowers the Judiciary. Under the Indian Constitution any citizen of India whose rights have been violated can approach the High Court under article 226 and that of the Supreme Court under article 32. Article 32 is also known as the "heart and soul" of the Constitution.
